Three members of the 2010 South Dakota 16u ASA State Champion Fusion Black helped their high school volleyball teams to 2010 state championships.

Kersten Bork and Lizzie Palmer both played big rolls as the Sioux Falls Lincoln Patriots knocked off the three top seeds to win the Class AA title. Bork, a second baseman and outfielder for Fusion Black, had 49 assists in the title match. Bork was also named to the all tournament team. Palmer, a shortstop and pitcher, had 23 digs in the Patriots semifinal win against Huron.

Fusion Black first baseman Laura Hurley helped guide the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers to the Class A state volleyball title. Hurley's ace ended a close opening round match for the Chargers, who went on to beat defending state champions Wagner in the semifinals and then Elk Point-Jefferson in the finals.
